Private Lessons
Private Piano and/or Private Voice
with Peter Jones
Lessons are custom designed to fit the desire of the student's interest in every genre of music: classical, contemporary, Broadway, jazz or pop (piano and/or voice) and many more. Depending on the age and level of the student, music theory and piano chord chart improvisation is incorporated as well as training to play piano & sing at the same time.
Upon availability, new students can schedule an interview to meet Peter and discuss how both the student and teacher will create a music plan to match everyone's goals. Current and graduated piano students of StarStruck have been the recipients of local and national performance awards and have been awarded scholarships to continue their studies at top colleges and universities. Some students also enjoy live performance and can be seen "gigging" at local restaurants or performing in their school's jazz band.
Private lessons are open to all ages and all abilities. Lessons can be scheduled in 30, 45 or 60 minute weekly sessions.
Private Acting & Audition Prep
with Jennifer Yormak
Students can begin their journey into acting with one-on-one sessions that include Scene Study and Acting the Song as well as audition prep for all ages.
High School Seniors can train for their college BFA Musical Theatre & Acting auditions.These students should schedule an initial meeting at some point during the end of their Junior year of high school.
Students will learn to lose their inhibitions and begin to utilize techniques and learning to listen and react.
